Shorebird Conservation Plans and Related Projects

A wide array of state and federal agencies, non-governmental conservation organizations and individual researchers have collaborated to develop conservation plans for ensuring the stabilization of shorebird populations throughout the Western Hemisphere. Most recently Manomet led the development of the U.S. Shorebird Conservation Plan and the Canadian Wildlife Service led the development of the Canadian Shorebird Conservation Plan.
